Returns & exchanges

Delivery

• Delivery throughout Europe;
• Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days (excluding pre-orders);
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout;
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns

• Any item ordered online must be returned via our online returns process;
• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the relevant product(s);
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and in their original packaging;
• Return postage costs are at your expense;
• Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
