Can I modify my order after receiving a confirmation?
No. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
Can I return my order?
Yes. The customer has the right of withdrawal, allowing them to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, using the return label included in the package.
Please note: personalised products cannot be modified, cancelled/refunded or substituted after the start of their production or personalisation. Example: a flocked shirt is a personalised item.
Is the stock available online identical to that of the fanshop?
No. The stock of the webshop and the fan shop are managed separately. An item that is out of stock online could, for example, be available at the fanshop.
Is it possible to return or exchange an item purchased online at the stadium fanshop?
No. Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged via the webshop. Items purchased at the fan shop must be returned or exchanged directly at the stadium fanshop.
