Deliveries

  • If I order online, can I collect my order at the stadium fan shop?

    No. Orders placed online are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

Orders & payments

  • Who should I contact if I have any questions about my order?

  • Can I modify my order after receiving a confirmation?

    No. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

Returns & exchanges

  • Are returns chargeable?

    Yes. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes. The customer has the right of withdrawal, allowing them to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, using the return label included in the package.

    Please note: personalised products cannot be modified, cancelled/refunded or substituted after the start of their production or personalisation. Example: a flocked shirt is a personalised item.

  • Is it possible to return or exchange an item purchased online at the stadium fanshop?

    No. Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged via the webshop. Items purchased at the fan shop must be returned or exchanged directly at the stadium fanshop.

Stock fanshop

  • Is the stock available online identical to that of the fanshop?

    No. The stock of the webshop and the fan shop are managed separately. An item that is out of stock online could, for example, be available at the fanshop.
